David does an excellent job. We walked to a local shop to select ingredients and learn about the options. We all assisted with the food and appetizer preparation. We sampled local wine. The food and fellowship made my day. We were on a cruise and the activity fit well into the day's schedule.

The tour was super completed, the guide had a degree in History so he could provide us detailed information about all the places we visited. Most guides limit themselves to the basic info, but this one had a whole background for each stop. I really liked it! All the places visited were amazing, very beautiful and impressive. It’s a must tour during your stay in Galicia!
